Description
The company is looking for passionate, self-employed, commission-based sales agents who have a desire to represent a world-class company with an impressive client portfolio. Experience in web design and development sales is always advantageous but not required, as full training including testimonials, case studies, and demos will be provided well in advance.
As a sales representative, you will be selling WordPress website development services and custom WordPress website development and maintenance packages.
Qualified applicants should be able to handle all aspects of the sales process, including identifying target clients, analyzing a company’s website needs, showcasing the company's Web Design portfolio, explaining website features, and closing the sale. If any help is required during the pitching process, our team will be there and available to help you.
Responsibilities include:
>Identifying prospective clients according to ICP
>Generating new leads through cold calling, cold emails, networking, and referrals, among others.
>Website development sales
>Website design portfolio (which will be provided) presentation
>An official company email address will be provided.
Compensation
Commission-only income with a scalable commission rate based on the number of sales. Commission earnings are uncapped.
$2k - $4.9k >> 7% commission (ideally shall earn up to 700$/month)
$5k - $9.9k >> 10% commission (ideally shall earn up to 2000$/month)
$10k+ >> 12% commission (ideally shall earn up to 4000$/month)
The commission shall be paid on the first payment received from the client against the invoice.
