Commission based cold calling and dm

I run an outreach campaign that targets business owners in the clothing-brand and blue-collar space. The goal is simple: fill my calendar. Every call or cold DM you make should move a prospect toward a booked appointment with me.

You will spend the bulk of your day prospecting, qualifying, and persuading decision-makers by phone, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other channel that works. I supply the offer, basic scripts, and a scheduling link; you bring the energy, resilience, and closing instincts that turn strangers into confirmed meetings.

Compensation is 10 % commission, paid for every appointment that actually shows up and is a close. The harder and longer you work, the more you earn—there is no cap.

Deliverables
• Daily log of numbers dialed or messages sent, plus outcomes
• Calendar invites for each confirmed appointment
• Quick feedback on script performance so we can refine the pitch together
