Commission Sales & Marketing Intern

I run Pratibimb AI, an agency that turns long-form expertise from doctors, founders and real-estate agents into short, high-impact AI-generated videos and reels. To accelerate our reach I am opening a remote, performance-based internship.

How you will create impact
You will identify prospects in the three niches above, start conversations and move them through the funnel until they book a paid content package. Cold email and phone outreach are the primary channels I rely on today; cold calls, DMs or any other creative route are welcome as long as they convert.

Compensation & structure
The internship itself is unpaid, but each successful client you bring in earns you ₹5,000 immediately after the invoice is cleared. Work whenever you like, from wherever you like, provided the pipeline keeps moving.

Deliverables I expect
• A weekly spreadsheet (Google Sheets) listing new leads, contact attempts and conversation status
• Call or email templates you refine over time
• A quick summary of lessons learned every fortnight so we can tweak the outreach playbook together

Acceptance criteria
A lead is considered “converted” once the client signs up for a paid Pratibimb AI video package and the first payment lands. That event triggers your commission.
