Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated Lead Generator who can bring in high-value clients for our agency. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential businesses that need AI solutions, reaching out to decision-makers, and closing leads for our services.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, or any lead generation platform.
* Understand client requirements and explain how iAGENCY’s services can benefit them.
* Schedule qualified meetings and hand over leads for closure.
* Maintain proper records of outreach and conversions.
Target Clients:
We primarily target established businesses such as:
* E-commerce brands
* Real estate agencies
* Marketing agencies
* Healthcare companies
* SaaS startups
* Educational institutions
* Service-based businesses (law firms, consultancies, etc.)
Commission Structure:
10% commission per closed client.
Example: If a client project is worth ₹1,50,000, you earn ₹15,000.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B or agency lead generation.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to find and close leads independently.
* Understanding of AI, automation, or digital solutions is a plus.
