We are a leading digital software agency offering a comprehensive suite of services, including digital product transformation, branding, web/app development and e-commerce solutions. We are seeking an experienced Cold Email Outreach Expert to foster impactful relationships with potential clients.
#### Responsibilities:
**Email Account Setup and Technical Configuration:**
- Create and configure new sales outreach email accounts and domains.
- Set up SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, and other necessary email configurations.
- Familiarity with tools like GlockApps is a plus.
**Lead Generation and List Building:**
- Leverage sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
- Rigorously define our Ideal Client Profile.
- Verify, clean, and format the leads list.
**Cold Email Writing and Campaign Management:**
- Craft highly customized cold emails aligned with our visual brand and audience-focused approach.
- Develop compelling subject lines and email copy to showcase the value of our services.
- Implement sequences and workflows to engage and nurture prospects.
- Know how to work with Chatgpt and Claude ai to provide high personalization emails.
**Inbox and Follow-Up Management:**
- Maintain a well-organized inbox.
- Implement strategic automated and manual follow-ups.
**Performance Metrics and Strategy Adaptation:**
- Carefully track and analyze campaign metrics.
- Record outreach activities in CRM and share feedback with the broader sales team.
**Pipeline Management:**
- Provide interested replies to business developers for further nurturing.
- Direct prospects who are interested but not ready for an immediate call to a separate pipeline.

- Reply Rate: ~10%
- Interested Reply Rate: ~25%
- Call Booked Rate: ~50%
