**Web Grow Studio** is looking for an experienced **Cold Calling & Cold Email Specialist** who can generate qualified international leads and book appointments for our web development, SEO, automation, and digital services.
**Important:** We are NOT looking for web developers, designers, WordPress experts, SEO technicians, or agency owners offering development services. Please apply only if your primary expertise is lead generation, cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales.
### What You'll Do
* Generate qualified B2B leads
* Run cold email campaigns
* Perform cold calling and outreach
* Book meetings with decision-makers
* Maintain lead tracking and outreach records
* Help build a consistent sales pipeline
### Requirements
* Proven experience with cold calling and/or cold email outreach
* Understanding of B2B lead generation
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Experience targeting US, UK, Canada, or Australian markets is a plus
### Compensation
**Commission-Based Only**
You will earn a percentage of every project you help close:
* Small projects: **35% commission**
* Medium projects: **40% commission**
* High-ticket projects: **Up to 50% commission**
