Cold Caller for Software Leads

I need an experienced phone-based salesperson who can jump straight into outbound calls and spark interest in my business-software offering among small-business owners. Your objective is simple and measurable: generate qualified leads that are ready for a follow-up demo from my in-house team.
You must be equally comfortable holding a fluent, persuasive conversation in both English and Hindi.
Deliverables I expect
• A daily call log noting number dialed, decision-maker reached, call outcome, and next action
• Short voice notes or written summaries of objections you encounter so we can refine the pitch over time
