Cold Caller for Business Development

Job Description
We are looking for motivated cold telecallers to support our business development efforts by reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services clearly, and generating qualified leads or booking discovery calls.
You will be representing a premium brand, so professionalism, clarity, and composure on calls are essential. Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory. What matters most is strong communication, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients based on provided leads or targeting guidelines
Represent the brand in a calm, confident, and professional manner
Clearly introduce our services and value proposition
Identify decision-makers and understand basic business needs
Generate qualified leads or book discovery calls for our team
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes
Work towards agreed daily or weekly targets
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Good spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional phone etiquette and clear communication
Willingness to learn call scripts, objection handling, and structure
Ability to handle rejection without losing composure
Reliable internet connection and calling setup
