Job Overview

You will be calling homeowners from storm-damage leads pulled from Doorknocker. Roof damage has already been identified from the street, making these qualified calls, not random dialing.

Your only responsibility is to set inspection appointments.

Responsibilities
• Cold call homeowners using:
• Phone numbers we provide or
• Your own number-research methods (addresses provided)
• Confirm you’re speaking with the homeowner
• Explain that roof damage was identified in their area
• Schedule inspection appointments with our roofing inspector
• Accurately log call outcomes in the spreadsheet

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekends: Saturday or Sunday
• Inspections are free
