Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll pull or receive targeted homeowner lists, dial and text those owners, confirm property details, gauge their urgency to sell, and pass the warm leads to me with complete notes. I’m afterresidential land multifamily deals only—ok land ok multifamily—

Essential tools and flow
• Use your own dialer or a platform such as Mojo, CallTools, or ReadyMode.
• SMS follow-ups through BatchLeads, Launch Control, or a comparable texting service to boost contact rates.
• Log every touchpoint in a shared CRM so I can see call recordings, texts, and seller motivation in real time.

Acceptance criteria for each lead
• Owner confirms interest in selling within the next 0–90 days.
• Ballpark price is at, or below, 70% of ARV minus repairs.
• Full property profile—bed/bath, condition, mortgage status, timeline, and any pain points—is recorded.

When you reply, highlight your cold-calling metrics (contact rate, average talk time, and conversions to appointments) plus the software stack you prefer. If you already work as a multi-agent team, even better; I’m ready to keep the lines ringing.
