Cold-Call Auto Leads & Appointments

We are an Ontario-based automotive dealership and leasing company looking for a skilled Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist.

Your role will include both:

Generating qualified leads

Calling or email and texting incoming leads from existing source.

Calling and booking appointments from inbound and outbound leads

This is a long-term role for someone who can consistently deliver real buyer leads.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation

Find potential customers actively looking for vehicles or leasing options through:

Facebook Marketplace

AutoTrader & CarGurus inquiries

Local buy/sell groups

Instagram or WhatsApp outreach

Collect lead details:

Name

Phone number

Vehicle interest

Budget

Location

Lead Qualification & Calling

Call leads using our Canadian VoIP business number

Qualify interest and urgency:

Budget/payment range

Timeline to buy/lease

Trade-in or financing needs

Appointment Booking

Book qualified leads directly into our calendar

Follow up via SMS/email if no answer

Keep records updated in Google Sheets/CRM

Requirements

Strong English speaking skills

Experience in lead generation + appointment setting

Comfortable calling customers professionally

Automotive or finance industry experience is a big plus

Reliable internet and quiet environment

Tools We Provide

Canadian business phone line (OpenPhone or similar)

Scripts and training

Lead tracker (Google Sheets or CRM)

Booking system (Calendly/Google Calendar)

Compensation

We are open to:

Hourly pay + performance bonus per booked appointment

OR

Fixed monthly pay + incentives
