IT Client Referral Partnership Needed

What I need done
I need someone to send me qualified clients (or introduce me to clients) who need:
Websites / landing pages / corporate sites
Web apps and SaaS products
Mobile apps
Bots (Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp), integrations, automation
Custom development, MVPs, ongoing support
Partnership model (high conversion, win-win)

This is a revenue-share partnership:
You bring a client → I handle the full delivery (communication, planning, development, launch, support).
You receive 50% of the profit from that client.
Payment is made after the client pays (milestone-based if the project is split into stages).

Who I’m looking for:
Freelancers or agencies who get inquiries but don’t want to build everything themselves
Sales/marketing people, recruiters, consultants, community managers
Anyone with access to business owners/startups who need tech

Requirements for leads:
Real client with a clear need and budget
Warm introduction (or you can simply pass the contact + project details)
No spam / no fake leads
