We're a AI solutions company serving businesses in the USA. We're expanding our outreach team to connect with US-based business owners and set up qualified conversations for our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do:
- Reach out to business owners in the USA (calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other channels as agreed)
- Pitch our solutions and generate interest
- Book qualified calls/meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain basic outreach records and follow-ups

Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written English - you'll be the first impression for US clients
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Prior experience in outreach, cold calling, lead generation, or sales (preferred)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with US business culture/time zones is a plus

Compensation:
- Rs 5,000 commission per successfully converted client
- Performance-based - the more you convert, the more you earn
- Strong performers will be considered for a permanent position within the company
