Hiring Lead Generator – Remote | Monthly ₹2,000 + 10% Commission | IT & AI Projects
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generator who can bring in qualified IT projects for our company. Our services include App Development, Web Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, RAG-based solutions, Automation, and full-stack IT services.

Your main role will be to generate high-quality leads and convert them into projects above ₹10,000.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Outreach, Email Marketing, and Social Media
Identify clients who need AI/ML, App, Web, Data, or Automation services
Collect, verify, and qualify leads
Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
Schedule calls, share company details, and pass leads to our tech team
Bring consistent & high-value projects for the company
Maintain daily lead & pipeline reports

Requirements
Experience in Lead Generation / BDE / Online Bidding
Understanding of IT services:
Mobile Apps
Web Development
AI/ML, Data Science, RAG, Automation
SaaS and Custom Software
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to find real, budget-ready clients
Must be target-oriented and consistent

Compensation
Fixed Monthly Pay: ₹2,000
Commission: 10% on every closed project
Only projects above ₹10,000 qualify for commission
