Bidder for Upwork and Lead Generation

I am looking for a pro who can help me in bidding on behalf of my company. Initially the role will be part time with very good commission along with the salary. The candidate should have a proven track record of succesful procurement of projects.
Also I need somebody who could generate leads for us. Rookies please excuse. The budget mentioned below is just a place holder. We are open to discussing the salary
