Bidder & IT Sales Executive (AI/ML Projects Preferred)

We are a fast-growing agency specializing in web development, AI/ML, software solutions, and digital marketing. We're looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder & Sales Specialist who can help us generate leads, pitch our services effectively, and win projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and qualify relevant projects on Upwork.
-Write customized, high-converting proposals.
-Engage with potential clients via chat/messages.
-Use email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist) for external lead generation.
-Keep track of performance metrics like bids, responses, and conversions.
-Stay updated on industry trends, especially AI/ML, to pitch better.

Requirements:
-6 months to 2 years of experience with Upwork bidding and sales.
-Strong English writing and communication skills.
-Familiarity with email marketing and outreach platforms.
-Must understand IT services, web apps, and digital marketing.
- Bonus: Experience in selling AI/ML projects.
