I run a locally based web-hosting service and I’m ready to push sales across Bangladesh through a mix of street-level promotion and a focused email campaign. Because the offer, payment gateways, and customer support are all tailored for the Bangladeshi market, I need a freelancer who also lives here and understands the culture, language, and buying habits first-hand.
Scope of work
You will spearhead both online and offline outreach, but our first digital priority is email marketing. I don’t yet have a lead list, so I’ll count on you to research, build, and validate a high-quality database of Bangladeshi SMEs, developers, and agencies that are likely to switch or start new hosting plans. Once the list is in place, you’ll craft compelling copy, set up the sends, and handle basic list hygiene throughout the campaign.
Parallel to this, I’d like you to activate low-cost offline tactics—think quick flyer drops around tech hubs, short visits to co-working spaces, or simple booth setups at relevant local events—to reinforce the online message and gather additional leads we can feed straight back into the email funnel.
Key deliverables
• Verified email list with targeting rationale
• Email sequence (at least three touches) built in your preferred ESP
• Roll-out of offline touchpoints with a short field report on reach and leads generated
• Weekly performance summary covering open rates, click-throughs, and offline lead count
