Aviation Festival Lead and Sale Generation Expert
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
At the World Aviation Festival 2025 in Lisbon (7–9 Oct) our team will be on-site promoting our solutions, and the clear priority is to walk away with a healthy pipeline of qualified corporate-executive leads.
Here is how the assignment breaks down:
• Before the show I will share a curated list of target executives—company names, job titles, and any existing relationship notes.
• During the three event days you will work that list while also scouting fresh prospects on the floor, in conference sessions, and at networking breaks.
• Each interaction should capture the executive’s full contact details, level of interest, and next-step commitment.
• A short recap at the end of every day keeps us aligned; a consolidated lead report (spreadsheet or CRM export) delivered within 24 hours of the show’s close is the final hand-off.
Success is measured strictly by volume and quality of leads generated; brand-awareness conversations are welcome but secondary.
Comfort approaching senior decision makers, concise pitch delivery, and quick note-taking on a mobile CRM app such as HubSpot or Salesforce will make the work smoother, but a simple spreadsheet is acceptable if that is your proven method.
I will be on site for support and can provide collateral, talking points, and meeting spaces as needed. If this fits your trade-show sales style, let’s confirm the plan and lock down the timetable for prep calls and daily check-ins.
