Aviation Festival Lead Generation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m exhibiting an aviation-safety product at the World Aviation Festival 2025 (London, 7-9 October) and need a results-driven professional who can turn our booth into a lead-magnet. The single metric that matters is the number of high-quality, sales-ready contacts you secure during the three show days.
Your core task will be to work the booth presentation: attract visitors, listen actively, qualify their interest, and record full contact details plus buying intent in real time. If you can also keep the dialogue moving after the show and help push prospects toward a signed deal, that’s an added bonus I’ll happily reward.
I supply the product knowledge, marketing collateral, and badge scanner; you bring a proven history of conference or trade-show selling, quick rapport-building skills, and the stamina to stay energetic from doors-open to close. Familiarity with aviation safety trends is useful but not mandatory—clarity, confidence, and persistence are what count.
Please tell me about similar events where you personally generated significant leads or closed business. I’m short-listing solely on demonstrated experience, not glossy proposals, so examples and any measurable outcomes you achieved will help me choose quickly.
We’ll agree in advance on target lead numbers and simple criteria for qualification; your final deliverable is a clean, usable spreadsheet or CRM export of every prospect plus your brief notes on next-step recommendations.
If this sounds like your arena, let’s talk and lock in preparations well before October.
