Automated Cold Email Engine

I want to walk away with a fully-functioning cold-email engine that can run on autopilot and keep my pipeline of SME prospects full. The primary goal is straightforward lead generation for my own business, not event promotion or follow-up. I do not have a single niche industry in mind—my message will go out to a broad B2B audience—but every contact will be a Small to Medium Enterprise, so accurate segmentation and personalisation matter.

Here is what needs to happen:

• Configure an outreach platform (Lemlist, Mailshake, Apollo, Woodpecker, or a comparable tool) with my sending domain, warm-up settings, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and daily sending limits that protect deliverability.
• Build a multistep sequence (initial email plus 3–4 follow-ups) that sounds human, references pain points common to SMEs, and uses custom merge fields for first name, company name, and a relevant data point you scrape or enrich.
• Import or connect a prospect list, tag by industry or size where possible, and set up automatic removal of bounced or unsubscribed addresses.
• Integrate replies into my CRM (HubSpot is preferred, but a webhook or Zapier route is fine) and trigger a Slack or email notification when a prospect books a call.
• Run a quick test campaign of 50–100 contacts to confirm open, reply, and bounce rates, then provide a Loom walkthrough so I can scale it myself.

I will supply the sending domain, basic positioning copy, and access credentials; everything else—technical setup, copy refinement, list formatting, and testing—should come as part of your delivery. Once the pilot proves inbox placement and positive replies, the project is complete and I can roll out to larger volumes.
