I run NICPA Accounting & Tax Services LLC here in the United States, and I’m ready to expand our reach to small-business owners who can benefit from specialized accounting and tax support. I need a dependable virtual assistant who can consistently turn cold prospects into warm, qualified consultation calls.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Outreach: Using my proven message templates, you’ll send connection and follow-up sequences primarily on LinkedIn. I work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so please be comfortable navigating saved searches, filtering prospects, and sending personalized InMails.
• Target market: You’ll start with law firms—the niche I’ve had the most success with—then branch into real estate investors, therapists, and consultants as our pipeline grows.
• Booking calls: Each conversation aims to secure a 15–20-minute discovery call on my Calendly link. Quality matters more than volume; the prospect must attend the call to count as an appointment.
• Tracking: Log every touchpoint, reply, and scheduled call in the shared Google Sheet so I can see real-time progress.
Compensation is straightforward:
– $5 for every qualified appointment that the prospect attends.
– $50 bonus for every prospect who becomes a paying client.
– Weekly payouts through Freelancer milestones keep cash flow predictable for you.

• Reliability—hitting agreed daily outreach numbers and keeping the sheet updated without reminders.
