Appointment Setter for Web Agency

I run a website development business focused on building premium, high-converting websites.
I’m looking for driven appointment setters / lead generators who can bring in qualified clients and book meetings.

Your Role:
Identify businesses that need a website or redesign
Reach out via Instagram, LinkedIn, email, or any effective channel
Start conversations and build interest
Book qualified meetings for me

Compensation (Commission-Based):
This is a performance-based role (commission only)
You get paid per qualified meeting and/or per closed deal
No earning cap — the more clients you bring, the more you make
If you’re good, this will pay far more than fixed salaries.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in outreach, sales, or lead generation
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Self-driven — no micromanagement needed
Consistent and focused on results
