Appointment Setter & Lead Generation
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I need reliable help turning the steady stream of enquiries we receive into booked meetings for our accounting-finance practice. Your first and most important responsibility will be calling and qualifying inbound leads, making sure only genuinely interested prospects reach my calendar. From there you will secure the appointment, note follow-ups, and keep each contact moving through the funnel.
Day to day you will:
• Pick up inbound calls or call back web enquiries within agreed response times.
• Use our GHL and in-house CRM to record every conversation, update deal stages, and trigger automated nurture sequences.
• Send concise follow-up emails or SMS to confirm next steps.
• Reach out on LinkedIn to business owners and potential referral partners, personalising connection requests and messages so our brand feels local and trustworthy.
• Report weekly on KPIs such as calls made, contacts qualified, meetings booked and show-up rate.
The role suits an intermediate-level professional who already understands appointment setting etiquette and would enjoy working remotely with flexible hours and performance incentives. Familiarity with Australian accounting, finance, mortgage or broader professional-services clients will make onboarding faster and scripts more natural, but I’m happy to brief the right person.
If you’re confident you can hit activity targets, keep the CRM spotless and build rapport quickly over the phone, let’s talk about getting you started next week.
