We run a sales agency for LinkedIn content creators and receive a high volume of inbound LinkedIn DMs and warm leads that need to be contacted and qualified.
We’re looking for a skilled, money-driven DM Setter to manage conversations and book meetings for closing calls.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sending LinkedIn DMs to book meetings for closing calls
- Managing follow-ups and ongoing DM conversations
- Outbound messaging to warm leads (post engagement, lead magnet downloads, ICP fits)
- Managing a high volume of leads efficiently
Pay & Growth
- Commission only to start
- $90 AUD per meeting closed (average close rate of 45%)
- OTE: $2,500 – $5,000+ AUD (uncapped)
Once you’ve proven performance and consistency, this role moves to base pay + commission, with clear career progression to managing other DM setters for higher earnings.
