Total leads required: 300

File 1:
200 leads from London, UK. This file must contain only London-based Airbnb hosts and should not include any other location.

File 2:
100 leads from Nottingham, Leicester, Mansfield, and Derby only. This file must contain only these cities and no other locations.

Each lead must include Airbnb listing link, host full name, verified email address, valid phone number, property type, number of listings, and location with city and postcode.

All emails must be verified and real, and phone numbers must be valid and usable. No missing fields are allowed and no duplicate entries should be included. Manual research is required and preference should be given to active hosts, especially those with multiple listings.

Do not send any leads without both email and phone number. Do not include irrelevant or random data. All data must be accurate and usable for outreach.

The final output should be provided in Excel or Google Sheets format with clean and well-structured columns, and both files must be delivered separately based on location.
