Agricultural Sales & Market Development- Kenya
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Description
1. Responsible for sales, market development, and on-ground promotion of agriculture input products
2. Identify and develop farmers, retailers, dealers, and distributor networks
3. Conduct field visits, farmer interactions, and basic product awareness activities
4. Generate new leads, convert inquiries into sales, and build long-term relationships
5. Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and crop-wise demand information
6. Work independently with flexible working hours, focusing purely on results
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
8. Coordinate with the management team for pricing, schemes, and expansion plans
Candidate Profile:
1. Fresher or up to 2 years of experience (agriculture / agri-inputs preferred)
2. Strong interest and passion for the agriculture sector
3. Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
4. Comfortable working with minimal supervision
5. Good communication and basic negotiation skills
6. Willingness to travel locally and work directly with farmers and partners

1. Initial evaluation period of 2–3 months based on performance
