US Accent B2B Sales Closer

We are a US-focused digital growth agency targeting the home services sector (Roofers, HVAC, Plumbers).

I am looking for a ruthless, hungry, commission-driven closer with a proven track record in B2B outbound sales to work US Eastern/Central hours.

The Job:
You will be making outbound calls to a daily pipeline of pre-qualified, freshly scraped leads. We are selling a high-value, tangible digital asset that local businesses need immediately. This is a one-call close environment. There are no long sales cycles or pitching complex marketing retainers. We provide the leads and the exact mechanism; you just dial, handle objections, and collect the cash.

The Pay Structure:

- $5/hour base (paid strictly for hitting your daily minimum dial KPI).
- $50 direct commission per closed deal.
- Volume bonuses: Hit 10 deals/mo (+$200), 20 deals (+$500), 30+ deals (+$1000).

Requirements:

- Flawless US English accent. (If you sound like a telemarketer, do not apply).
- Documented track record of closing B2B deals over the phone.
- Zero fear of asking for the credit card on the first call.
- Ability to operate autonomously and submit daily End-of-Day reports.
