Small business start up grant writter

I am wanting to start a new laundry matt in my town , there are no other laundry matt's in my town. Thousands of RVs and RV parks have popped up everywhere in my town. RVs do not have room for washers or dryers.
A laundry matt will make a successful business in my town. I am a woman that wants to start a small business in Texas.
