convert project report in standard format latex

I have project report which is properly created as per standards inn word document file.
Want this project to be in Latex format.

Pages - 40 * 2
Output ::

-Project should be properly aligned.
-Spacing between the lines , paragraphs should be properly managed .
-Fonts in Header , subpoints , text will be in proper format
-Page numbers should be correctly modified in Index.
- Text should be properly occupied in the page [No blank paragraphs , space in between the pages].
-All Project standard should be followed.
