Typset handwritten pages in LaTeX

I am looking to have approximately 115 pages of handwritten (on iPad) notes, math and text, transcribed into LaTeX. (It should be much less than 115 pages typeset.) Images and pen color can be ignored. A few sample pages are attached. I'd like to have this done in the next 2-3 weeks, although we could also do it on an ongoing basis (so I get the first pages back first).
