Summary of a scientific paper in one page according to a template in latex or word. in English or german.

I should summarize a scientific paper on computer science. The paper is about 15 pages long. The summary should be one page long. It must include: introduction, aim of the study, description of how the study proceeds (metrology), results, conclusion. The IEEE standards must be adhered to, for this there is a latex template and also a word template.
