Recreating four figures using LaTeX/TikZ/Pgfplot

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me recreate four figures in LaTeX, TikZ, and Pgfplot. I have the figures data needed for the drawings, so I just need someone who has experience using LaTeX and the other required technologies to transform this data into attractive and precise figures. No additional graphics are needed at this time. All that I am looking for is a skilled professional who is able to make the figures look great.
