PhD thesis layout design and typesetting (from LaTeX)

I have written my PhD thesis in LaTeX which currently needs to be transformed into a styled book. I am looking for a designer who could prepare the book layout ready for printing. The thesis consists of 10 chapters, approximately 70 000 words, including images, tables and formulas. See the introduction in attachment for a reference
