Make 4 Latex Tables based on Excel tables.

Hi! I'm hoping to get some help in turning 4 excel tables into nicely-formatted, publishable Latex tables. The 4 tables and a sample latex table are attached. I would appreciate if you could review the attached tables (in pdf) and let me know if you have any questions about the task. I'd like the output to be a tex file so I could edit it if needed in the future. Thank you very much! My budget is $10 for the project.

p.s. The attached sample latex table is just a rough guidance/reference. The output doesn't need to look exactly like that.
