Lyx expert needed to format tables

I am looking for a Lyx expert. I am working on a thesis using Lyx, and have a specific problem with tables: if I compile a chapter as a separate file, they appear fine. However, if I compile the same chapter from within master file (even without any other chapter), the formatting is lost. Two pdf files are attached, showing what I say.
