Latex Tables

Hello,
I am working on creating a documentation and I need help in creating tables dynamically and styling them. The tables are in CSV format and in that format it has a proper formed table and I need that table copied in Latex directly from CSV( without entering the data manually) and the table needs styling as well. As there are 100’s of tables in the document it’s not possible to manually create all the table. So, I would like to have someone who can help me in creating one table from CSV file directly and styling it such as changing the color of the columns and changing the style of the text.
Your task will be to provide me the code and describe what you did.
For privacy issue, i added a test csv file that you can use to work on. I will test the code on the actual data.
This is a small task so please bid only if you can finish it soon.
