Kindle Textbook Formatting & Indexing

I have a 486-page, full-colour A4 textbook that now needs to be transformed into a Kindle-ready edition. Every page contains a mix of tables and charts, high-resolution images, and mathematical equations, so the layout must remain crystal-clear while still working smoothly on Kindle devices and apps.

The job is strictly professional and academic in tone: consistent heading hierarchy, clean typefaces, correct figure captions, and a robust internal structure. I also need a fully linked table of contents, working page search, and a back-of-book index that jumps to the exact location in one tap.

Deliverables
• A validated Kindle file (.kpf or .epub) that passes Amazon’s previewer on phone, tablet, and desktop
• Embedded colour graphics, tables, and equations rendered without loss of quality
• Hyperlinked TOC and alphabetical index, both tested for accuracy
• Source files (InDesign, LaTeX, or similar) so I can make minor future updates
