IEEE report in Latex for face mask detection using YOLO and faster R-CNN

My project demands that I produce an IEEE report document using the Latex programming language. The report will discuss the results of a face mask detection experiment, which will use YOLO and Faster-RCNN algorithms. Specifically, I need to use Python programming language as part of this process. This report will be based on experimental results, so I will also provide the test results and the code. Finally, I need to produce the document in the form of a Latex document. To successfully complete this project, I must combine both the technical knowledge of computer programming and the creative aptitude to design an innovative presentation of the data collected. The report needs to be minimum 8 pages.
