Help with latex (overleaf)

I use a latex code developed by the university for doctoral theses. However, I am encountering three errors that I cannot fix:
1. it doesn't read a \include entry and I can't find the error;
2. I can't remove the line spacing from the list of graphs;
3. I want to edit the indentation of direct quotes in the text, but I don't know how to do it.

I use overleaf and I am upploading the main .tex documents
