Help me configure beamer templates for LaTeX

I want to have a beamer template for my seminar slides. I have an exact idea as to how it should look like and am almost finished, but I need someone to get some alignments/spacing right. I need help in aligning
- the footer
- the title page
- a tikz graphic
- a nested list
and some other minor things. It'll be fast and easy for someone proficient in LaTeX. I offer 50$ for the completion of the task.
