Hand written notes to latex code

I'm looking for help in converting my handwritten notes into LaTeX. The notes are more than 10 pages and they include mathematical equations and symbols. I don't require the final LaTeX document to be in a specific format, any format will do. It's essential that the equations and symbols are correctly represented in the output. Any advice on the best way to approach this project is also welcome.
