Drawing Networks with Latex

I'm looking to hire an experienced freelancer to draw networks in Latex for personal use. The visual appeal of the network is a priority and it needs to be kept simple. I'm looking for someone who is knowledgeable in Latex and can accurately and efficiently draw the networks I need. The freelancer should be able to visually differentiate the nodes and the edges in the network. Additionally, they will need to make sure that the network can be graphically edited by me if needed. Familiarity with drawing software is also a bonus. All in all, I'm looking for a freelancer who can accurately draw simple networks in Latex for personal use with a visually appealing finish.
