Draw graph + datapoints

I'd like to have somewhat the same graph (functions) + datapoints drawn in LaTeX.
I'm using Overleaf and cannot just copy paste the mentioned solution in the thread.
I want to plot this in LaTeX to keep the style roughly the same for my figures. (see loss_during_training.PNG and non-linear-transformation.PNG for reference)
