Create 2 Latex Tables based on Excel templates

Hi, I'll looking for some help in converting two Excel summary statistics tables (attached) into Latex format. The resulting Latex tables should look exactly the same as the Excel tables in terms of values and format. I would need the tex file from you so I could make changes on my own if necessary.
