Convert from Adobe InDesign or Adobe PDF to JSON

Hello,
We need a program that exports data from Adobe InDesign (or Adobe PDF) to JSON format.
The structure of the input content has a clearly defined structure with a few exceptions, and the structure of the JSON is again clearly defined (or we can modify it a bit if that would be a problem in the export).
It is important to say that the data contains mathematical characters that need to be converted to LaTeX (ideally the KaTeX library). For images, the goal is to convert them to SVG (at worst to PNG).
Attached you will find a sample of the input data in PDF and a sample of the output JSON. We will send the source file in Adobe InDesign only after we have agreed to collaborate and signed an NDA (due to copyright).
