Convert a LateX document into MS Word document

I have one document of 12 pages with me written in latex, which contains figures also. I need to get it converted to a word document whose fonts, margins, spacings etc. are already decided as per the given MS Word template. I have a maximum of 15-18 hours for this work to be completed. Bid this only if you have a decent experience working with LateX and MS Word.
