Conversion of text from picture to tex file

I am looking for someone who can convert physics notes to latex. This includes theory and equations. No figures needs to be drawn.
Handwritten text contains a chapter of physics. It will contain equations and explanatory text as well. There will be some figures. You do not need to draw figures. You will have to show me the pdf for me to check whether work has been completed. I will need the tex file before I transfer money. My offer is USD 8 for a set of 10 pages.
