Build a latex OCR from scratch

I want to build a latex OCR model from scratch which can convert mathematics equation from image to latex code, like https://mathpix.com/ this software. There are a lot of github repo like : https://github.com/lukas-blecher/LaTeX-OCR , but their accuracy did not satisfy me, I want to build this from scratch by Deep Learning. Please bid the project if you are serious and an expert in OCR and Deep Learning techniques. I want someone who can build the model for predicting latex code from images of mathematics equation.
