Academic Paper LaTeX Formatting for IEEE Access

Convert Full Academic Paper from Word to IEEE Access Format in Overleaf
I have a fully written academic research paper in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. The paper needs to be converted and formatted according to the official IEEE Access Overleaf template using LaTeX.
The document includes:
7 structured academic sections:
•Introduction
•Literature Review
•Theoretical Framework
•Methodology
•Findings
•Discussion and Limitations
•Conclusion and Future Directions
Also includes:
•10 complex tables (some wide and requiring table* environments)
•10 figures (diagrams, screenshots, flowcharts)
•46 APA-style references (to be converted into BibTeX or \bibitem format)
•SPSS-based statistical outputs (chi-square, logistic regression, Cramer's V, etc.)
You will be invited to work directly on my Overleaf project, which already uses the official IEEE Access template. You are expected to insert and format the entire content section by section.
What I expect from you:
•Clean LaTeX formatting for all sections using proper \section{} and \subsection{} commands
•Placement and formatting of all tables and figures according to IEEE guidelines (table*, figure*)
•Ensure all references compile correctly using either .bib or manual \bibitem entries
•Ensure document compiles without errors and follows IEEE Access style
Requirements:
•Strong LaTeX and Overleaf experience
•Familiarity with IEEE Access formatting
•Academic publishing experience (preferred)
•Ability to communicate clearly and deliver within deadline
