**Overview**:

**Project Scope**:
You will build a fully functional n8n workflow that:
1. Monitors an email inbox (e.g., Gmail) for new applicant emails from Indeed.
2. Extracts structured data (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, Company Name, Number of Trucks) from email content using the Grok API.
3. Submits the extracted data into a webform via an API or direct submission method.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set up an n8n workflow with the following nodes:
- **Email Trigger**: Monitor a Gmail inbox for new emails from Indeed (using Gmail API or IMAP).
- **Data Preparation**: Extract email content and prepare it for AI processing.
